  • Complaining
  • Binge Eating
  • Sitting
  • Anxiety
  • Staring into the void

    That's what I did yesterday. But I had a great day on Tuesday.

    Wouldn't it be nice if all those things were considered exercise?

  2. If binge eating burned calories, I'd be slim already! "Staring into the void" instantly made me think of work, which makes me think I should probably be more productive at work, ha ha.
