Am I torturing myself or motivating myself?

  3. It's up to how you respond to the pictures. If you let it get you down and paralyze you, it's not a method that works for you. If you say "wow, I'd like to get back to that, and I did it before so I know I can!" then you might light a fire and get going again. We all believe you can do it!
